What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in overseeing store branches
What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:
The Store Supervisor will focus on the following:
- Allocate manpower in each store per assigned area.
- Evaluate store employee performance.
- Review and assess the performance evaluation of store employee.
- Monitor stocks per area to prevent Overstocking/Understocking.
- Suggest branch to branch transfer of stocks.
- Review Audit reports on stock inventory (Physical Count).
- Analyze fast moving and non-moving items.
- Decide upselling strategies for promoting non-moving items.
- Monitor and reports overall center concerns and directly deals with concerned departments.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales.
- Observe effectiveness of promos.
- Suggest promotion improvements to Retail Manager.
- Conduct regular surprise center visits.
- Check and observe if the standard operating procedures in stores are implemented.
- Submit & present area sales reports to the Retail Manager.
