Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety training sessions focused on motorcycle riding, covering professional riding techniques, road safety, and traffic regulations.
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing rider safety programs for bikers and delivery riders.
  • Monitor and assess rider performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of safety and responsibility on the road.

Qualifications:

  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
  • At least college level or with relevant experience in motorcycle training or road safety.
  • Holder of a valid Professional Driver's License (with motorcycle restriction).
  • Must own and be able to use a motorcycle for work-related activities.
  • Passionate about motorcycle riding and road safety.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in decision-making and issue resolution.
