Greenmetal Electric Manufacturing Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team in Catmon, Santa Maria, Bulacan. As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our products from our manufacturing facility to our customers. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all logistics-related activities
  • Liaising with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of logistics and transportation strategies
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Providing support to the broader operations team as needed

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a logistics or warehousing role, preferably within the manufacturing or transport industry
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using ERP software, MS Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet applications
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency
  • A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure
