Compliance Officer/ Team Leader

Location: Makati City

Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱38,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Compliance Officer/Team Leader to oversee our compliance team and ensure that our processes meet all legal and regulatory requirements. This role requires a proactive professional with strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure that all corporate processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  2. Update, review, and coordinate compliance policies and procedures.

  3. Provide corrective measures for any compliance findings to prevent future violations.

  4. Stay up to date with changes in laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant.

  5. Ensure that the organization adheres to all government rules and regulatory requirements.

  6. Assist and supervise liaisons in their daily tasks and government submissions, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of documents for various government applications.

  7. Monitor all operational processes and regulatory requirements involving government agencies (LGU, BIR, SEC, etc.).


Qualifications and Experience

  1. At least 1 year of experience in legal compliance or a related field.

  2. Existing connections with various government agencies and law firms are an advantage.

  3. Experience dealing with government officers during inspections is a plus.

  4. Strong oral and written communication skills.

  5. Ability to multitask, manage documentation, and demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

  6. Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
