General Responsibilities:

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, architecture, and development of advanced software solutions, particularly those leveraging AI technologies. The role ensures that all software outputs align with organizational standards and best practices established by the Software Development Group, while driving innovation and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and enhance scalable, reliable, and high-performing software applications.
  • Develop and implement AI-powered solutions using modern frameworks and methodologies.
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain performance, scalability, and stability across high-traffic production environments.
  • Conduct technical reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold engineering best practices.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and system capabilities.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AI Application Engineering.
  • Proficient in LangGraph, LangChain, Python, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining high-traffic production systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
