Key Responsibilities
· Provides administrative assistance to the National Secretary ;
· Take dictation and minutes;
· Transcribe and typed materials accurately into English language
· Write, transcribe and compile office documents;
· Produce reports and presentations;
· Maintains diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders;
· Gather documents to prepare for meetings;
· Assist the National Secretary in finalizing the Minutes of the Meeting, Resolutions and Memorandums;
· Gather, arrange and record documents to sign;
· Perform such other tasks which may be assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job Specifications:
Education:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration.
Experience: 1-year experienced working in a similar position
Skills Required:
· Excellent knowledge of transcription and a comprehensive understanding of the conventions followed during transcription.
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
· Coordination, logistical skills and experience
· Discretion and confidentiality
· Technical skills
