Responsibilities

  • Design visuals for presentations, documents, print materials, and social media
  • Create motion graphics, explainer videos, and short-form animations
  • Edit and refine video content with a focus on pacing and storytelling
  • Develop styleframes, storyboards, and visual concepts
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with content, creative, and strategy teams to deliver cohesive outputs
  • Contribute ideas that enhance clarity, engagement, and visual impact

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design and motion design (agency or in-house experience a plus)
  • Strong in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Solid grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and pacing
  • Proven experience in video editing and motion-based storytelling (e.g., explainers, promos, corporate content)
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently
  • Must have a reliable machine capable of rendering large video or motion files
  • Medium to high-end workstation required to meet technical specifications for rendering large video files
  • Advantage if you know a bit of 3D, illustration, or sound design
