Job Description: *** THIS IS A WORK ON-SITE NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION

Must have knowledge in Bread production and beef production. Knows how to operate machines and equipment. Must know how to arrange and organize in a warehouse setting. Must know how to write in logbooks. Willing to work Flexible hours. Willing to work in different area.

  • Physical stamina – are responsible for lifting heavy items and unloading equipment
  • Teamwork – this role involves working closely with colleagues
  • Punctuality – production staff work a tight schedule and are required to complete a certain amount of products in a set time frame, so they must be punctual and manage their time efficiently
  • Must be efficient and fast in movement
  • Must know how to sort and manage stocks
  • Must know how to organize and prepare items
  • Must be able to work in other areas
  • Must know how to use the computer and print
  • Responsible for all aspects of order processing.
  • Must be willing to work in Production if needed.
  • This includes everything from entering new orders and printing to inspecting stocks to managing customer satisfaction and feedbacks.
  • They must also work with other departments as needed and direct warehouse personnel to get shipments out.
  • 100% accurate with all additions and removals made.
  • Must be strong built and willing to carry heavy items and equipment.

· Checking and Accuracy

· Responsible for pre-checking and final checking their order to ensure that it reflects the customer's order 100% with no lacking or over-picked items.

· Communicates clearly with the customers, ensuring that they understand all the changes that are being made to their orders & what the potential alternatives are.

  • Inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
  • Communicating errors to relevant parties.
  • Marking and labeling stock.
  • Storing inventory in accessible manner.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, tidiness and safety of work environment.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must know how to use a computer
  • Must know how to use excel
  • Completion of background investigation and drug screening.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 yrs previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Good communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills
  • Dependable and Reliable
  • Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills is preferred
  • Strong people skills.
  • Good moral character.
  • Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and undeterred by heights and adverse climatic conditions.
  • Positive work history and ability to maintain solid attendance.
  • Available to work extended hours.
  • Willing to start ASAP
