Key Responsibilities

  • Construction: Build, erect, and install building frameworks (like walls, floors, and roofs) and other wooden structures.
  • Measurement & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials using hand tools and power equipment (saws, drills, sanders).
  • Installation: Fit and install finished items such as doors, window frames, cabinets, trim, and molding.
  • Repair: Inspect, repair, and replace damaged framework or fixtures.
  • Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and material needs.
  • Safety: Follow all health and safety standards on the job site.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter.
  • Proficiency in using carpentry tools and machinery.
  • Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and construction methods.
  • Ability to read technical documents and blueprints.
  • Physically able to stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time
