The Client

Role Summary

The Full-Stack Support Developer provides technical support and development assistance across live client sites, covering frontend, backend, and hosting-related tasks. The role acts as a bridge between the Support Desk and the Development Team, ensuring efficient resolution of tickets and small change requests.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve support tickets across frontend (UI/UX), backend (CMS/CRM), and hosting environments.
• Perform small change requests and enhancements, including UI tweaks, bug fixes, and content model updates.
• Deploy updates and patches via Azure DevOps, under guidance from senior developers.
• Create and maintain documentation for support processes and recurring fixes.
• Collaborate with developers to identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements.
• Assist with QA/UAT during new web builds.
• Support internal and client training through documentation and recorded walkthroughs.
• Maintain awareness of SLA priorities and provide timely updates to the Account Management Team.

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in web development (both frontend and backend).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
• Basic knowledge of Umbraco CMS and/or .NET MVC frameworks.
• Experience using ticket management tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, ZOHO, or DevOps Boards.
• Familiarity with Azure hosting and web deployments.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
