Pollution Control Office (PCO) is responsible in compliance of the establishment to the requirements as prescribed by the DENR-EMB and other government regulatory agencies. And to develop and implement company objective, targets and programs to control and minimize generation of pollution.

  • Acts as liaison officer to DENR-EMB including other local government agencies such as CENRO, PENRO, National Water Resources Board (NWRB), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Department of Energy (DOE) and Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
  • Work closely with Plant Manager to ensure compliance with the requirements of the following: and their respective implementing rules and regulations (IRRs), and other pertinent rules and regulations.
  • Monitor compliance to the requirements specified in the Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) and the commitments stipulated in the Environmental Performance Report and Management Plans (EPRMP).
  • Leads and collaborate with other department to meet the organizations objectives in accordance with the organizations mission, vision, core values, environmental policies and procedure.

Graduate in the Engineering field or Physical and Natural Sciences.

With 40-Hours Basic Pollution Control Officer Training.

At least 2 years relevant experience in Environmental Management.

Knowledge with Quality Management System (ISO 9001), Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS and has experience in implementation of HACCP Plan is an advantage.

Must be computer literate with a good degree of familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

With good oral and written communication.
