- Basic Knowledge in plant propagation, seedling care and nursery maintenance
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Can work efficiently under supervision
- Preferably with experience in horticultural or agricultural nursery operation is an advantage
- Certificate of training & seminar is advantage
- Willing to be assigned in Tanza.
