We are looking for a Tekla Drafter to perform take-offs based on drawings and designs to estimate costs and
provide drafting support as needed. This role requires proficiency in Tekla for creating accurate structural models
and technical drawings. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting and estimating, with a strong
understanding of construction materials and methods.

What You'll Do:
​You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Perform take-offs based on drawings and designs to estimate material costs.
  • Create detailed structural models and technical drawings using Tekla software.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans to ensure accurate drafting.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Modify and update drawings as required to reflect design changes.
  • Maintain documentation and records related to drafting and estimation.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
RequirementsWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in drafting, or structural design; precast experience is essential
  • Proficiency in Tekla software for modelling and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.
  • Experience in material take-offs and cost estimation.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and calculations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
