Core Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
Greet customers, answer inquiries about products and policies, and help customers locate items.
- Sales Transactions:
Operate the cash register to process sales, accept payments, and provide receipts.
- Product Knowledge:
Maintain knowledge of store products and promotions to better assist customers.
- Stock Management:
Restock shelves, organize merchandise displays, monitor inventory levels, and report stock shortages.
- Store Maintenance:
Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented to create a pleasant shopping environment.
