• Address customer concerns regarding lost or delayed shipments and offer solutions.


• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.


• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.


• Resolve billing issues and process payment inquiries related to shipments.

Qualifications:


• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred.


• Knowledge of logistics, shipping, and delivery processes is an advantage.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
