  • Assists in the installation and configuration of IT systems and devices such as Point-of-sales (POS) terminal, user workstation, servers, and CCTV camera.

  • Resolves tickets representing user-generated service requests or errors, within the approved Service Level Agreement (SLA).

  • Provides technical assistance to the end-users to maintain productivity.

  • Consults with users to determine appropriate hardware needs and makes recommendations.

  • Keeps up to date on technical and soft skills advancement by attending trainings and workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Degree holder of any computer-related course.

  • At least two-year relevant work experience.

  • A process improvement mindset

  • Proficiency in installing and configuring CCTV systems, including cameras, cabling, and associated hardware.

  • Knowledge on POS systems is an advantage.
