  • Monitor and assess real-time performance via system alerts, logs, and events to detect potential issues or anomalies
  • Perform system troubleshooting and incident response to minimize downtime and service disruption
  • Communicate with L1 Support and Technical Operations SPOCs to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Document incidents thoroughly, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and escalate critical issues based on established protocols.
  • ⁠Experience working with service uptime SLAs, incident SLAs, and performance KPIs
  • Proficient in SQL and experienced in using monitoring tools such as Grafana and PRTG
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in IT environment specific to network support, technician, and support Analyst
