About the role

Best Reliable Resources is seeking an experienced In-house Cleaner to join our team. This full-time position is based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and Makati City. As an In-house Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's commercial premises, ensuring a professional and presentable environment for employees and visitors.

What you'll be doing

1. Performing daily cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing all assigned areas
2. Ensuring all communal areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and work stations, are kept clean and tidy
3. Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any maintenance issues
4. Adhering to health and safety guidelines and using cleaning equipment and materials properly
5. Providing excellent customer service to our clients and their employees
6. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times

What we're looking for

1. Prior experience as a cleaner or in a similar role, preferably in a commercial or office setting
2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently
3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
4. Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
5. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks
6. A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our clients
