The Quality Analyst / Claims Adjuster is responsible to provide their professional experience and expertise to drive consistency in quality standards across the company at a local level. They will monitor and analyse the quality of the services provided to our customers and clients, and develop and implement protocols, standards, and guidelines to maintain and improve those services where necessary.
