How youll make an impact
As our Brand Protection & IP Enforcement Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our brand integrity across digital platforms. This is a brand protection and enforcement role where you'll use advanced tools like Meta Brand Rights Manager, Google Copyright Tools, TikTok Copyright Portal, and hosting platform takedown systems to identify and stop people from copying our ads, images, videos, or using our trademarks without authorization.

You'll work directly with the founder to protect our intellectual property, enforce our brand rights across social media and web platforms, and ensure swift takedown of unauthorized content. This role requires someone well-rounded with solid experience taking down websites and handling enforcement across social media platforms - this is our primary focus and highest priority.

Role Overview: 

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong attention to detail who can systematically identify and address brand violations at scale. This role requires someone who understands intellectual property protection, has hands-on experience with platform enforcement tools (especially Meta, Google, TikTok), DMCA takedown procedures, and can effectively manage high-volume cases across multiple channels simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Content Enforcement (Primary Focus % of work)

• Monitor Meta/Facebook and Instagram for unauthorized use of our ads, images, videos, and content

• Monitor TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms for content theft and trademark violations

• Utilize Meta Brand Rights Manager, Google Copyright Tools, TikTok Copyright Portal for enforcement

• Document violations with screenshots, URLs, and evidence packages

• Submit takedown requests through appropriate platform channels

• Track enforcement actions and maintain detailed records of all cases

Website & Hosting Platform Takedowns (Critical Focus % of work)

• Identify websites using our trademarks, images, ads, or product content without authorization

• Conduct reverse image searches using Google Images and TinEye to find unauthorized use

• Execute DMCA takedown procedures with hosting providers (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.)

• File copyright infringement notices for counterfeit or unauthorized content

• Follow up on takedown requests and escalate when necessary

• Maintain database of violating domains and takedown status

E-commerce Platform Monitoring (Secondary Priority)

• Monitor Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Alibaba, and other marketplaces for brand violations

• Utilize Amazon Brand Registry and similar tools when violations are identified

• Report unauthorized sellers and counterfeit listings

Documentation & Case Management

• Build comprehensive case files with screenshots, URLs, timestamps, and violation details

• Prepare evidence packages for legal escalation when necessary

• Create weekly and monthly reports on enforcement activities, success rates, and platform trends

• Track takedown success rates and response times by platform

• Maintain organized database of all enforcement cases

Strategic Monitoring

• Identify patterns in violation types and sources

• Develop proactive monitoring strategies across platforms

• Stay updated on platform policies and enforcement best practices

• Coordinate with legal counsel when escalation is required

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Law, Business, or related field)

• 2+ years experience in content takedown, brand protection, IP enforcement, or legal compliance with proven results

• Strong experience with social media enforcement (Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms)

• Hands-on experience with DMCA takedown procedures and hosting platform communications

• Strong attention to detail and systematic approach to case management

• Excellent written communication skills for drafting takedown notices and legal correspondence

• Ability to manage high-volume workload (100+ cases monthly)

• Night shift availability (9pm-6am Manila time)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Meta Brand Rights Manager (highly preferred)

• Experience with TikTok Copyright Portal and Google Copyright Tools

• Experience with Amazon Brand Registry and e-commerce platform enforcement

• Background in legal support, paralegal work, accounting, or compliance

• Familiarity with intellectual property concepts and trademark law basics

• Experience with reverse image search tools and content monitoring

Schedule & Location Setup

Location: Fully Remote 

Schedule: 9am to 6pm EST = 9pm-6am Manila (Night Shift)

Work Days: Monday to Friday
