Job Overview:

We're looking for a Loan Processorwho thrives on precision, process, and partnership. You'll play a vital role in managing loan repricing, coordinating with lenders, and ensuring every deal—from pricing to paperwork—flows seamlessly. This role suits someone who's analytical, detail-driven, and eager to grow in the financial operations space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage back-book repricing for existing loan portfolios to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Price new and current loan deals, balancing profitability with risk requirements.
• Coordinate with partner networks and lenders for deal flow, approvals, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records, trackers, and data entries across all loan files.
• Follow up on lender conditions and support loan lifecycle administration.
• Identify opportunities to streamline back-office processes and improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, risk, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in loan pricing, processing, or portfolio management is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for rate and margin calculations.
• Exceptional attention to detail with solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Effective communicator—confident in liaising with lenders and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with CRM or loan management systems.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Melbourne time).
