Role Overview:

As a Frontend Developer, you will work with a talented team of developers to create and maintain custom websites and applications. You'll be involved in everything from technical development to client-facing communication during scrum meetings. While your role will primarily focus on development, you will have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles depending on your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain front-end in optimizing the performance of the new and existing systems.
  • Verify the system's responsive functionality across all browsers and devices.
  • Guarantees high-quality project development and timely implementation.
  • Develops project cost estimates and work plans.
  • Evaluates client requirements to design the most effective system that addresses their needs.
  • Makes necessary recommendations on other software requirements such as upgrades, etc.
  • Does process mapping, program coding and system debugging.
  • Ensures compliance to operational level agreements with internal and external entities as applicable.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its core principles.
  • Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • Familiarity with React hooks and functional components.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end code.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Experience with CSS-in-JS libraries such as Styled-Components.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with ReactJS.
