As a Foreman you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily site operations to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards. This role involves managing workers, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Oversee and direct daily site activities to ensure timely completion of work.
  • Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance.
  • Ensure all work follows project plans, drawings, and specifications.

2. Workforce Management

  • Supervise skilled and unskilled laborers.
  • Provide training, guidance, and technical support to workers.
  • Resolve conflicts or issues among team members.

3. Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce compliance with company safety policies and legal regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and toolbox meetings.
  • Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards.

4. Materials & Equipment

  • Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
  • Coordinate with procurement for material requests and deliveries.
  • Prevent wastage and ensure proper storage of materials.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily progress reports and submit to supervisors.
  • Report any delays, incidents, or challenges to the Project Engineer.
  • Assist in preparing work schedules and timelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or vocational/technical course in construction-related fields (Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is an advantage).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Able to report in Rizal Areas (Antipolo, Binangonan, San Mateo, Teresa, Montalban)
