About Us:

We are a dynamic and growing company engaged in the business of commercial ice blocks manufacturing. As part of our expansion, we're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our Accounting team. Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff (AR) will be responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely collections, accurate recording, and effective communication with clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, analytical, and eager to build a career in finance and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and billing statements
  • Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Record and reconcile AR transactions in the accounting system
  • Assist in preparing aging reports and collection summaries
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding billing concerns
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and AR processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work in Makati City [onsite]
  • Willing to start ASAP
