Location: Clark, Pampanga, Tarlac, Rockwell, Mandaluyong or Cebu

Shift: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday to Friday

About this role

• US Accountant will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:
• Contacting clients and collecting documents via email, phone, and text messages
• Sorting received data int eh client's portal.
• Data entry into QB
• Contacting clients with misc. questions, documents, or identifying & addressing discrepancies
• Payroll preparation/tax payments
• Sending clients reminders
• Preparing monthly Financial Statements for CPA or senior accountant
• Collecting signatures & payments
• Scheduling appointments

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related course
• 2-5 years of Accounting experience
• Work experience as an account's administrator, bookkeeper, accountant for US clients is required
• Experience with QuickBooks, Advance Excel knowledge, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements, regulation
• Proficient in English business writing
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills
