We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Structural Planning Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to effectively plan and coordinate structural designs for various projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to develop comprehensive structural planning strategies.
  • Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data for planning purposes.
  • Create and review detailed structural designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Develop project plans and schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Assess and predict project timelines, risks, and resource needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Ensure structural integrity through design calculations and site inspections.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and authorities.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimation for proposed projects.
  • Maintain Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards throughout project execution.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in structural planning and civil engineering roles.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and other structural analysis tools.
  • Experience with project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural materials.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
