FUNCTIONS:

- Process/Evaluate/Record warranty claims

- Tag / Return WARPEC items to FGP (Ford Group Philippines)

RELATIONSHIPS:

- Report directly to the service manager

- Maintain close working relationships with Parts Counterperson, DCRC, technicians and Service Advisors.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY:

Customer Satisfaction

- Process Warranty claims immediately

- Follow up FGP for pending claims

- Advise Service Advisor of lead time to claim warranty and when client can return the unit for repair.

INTERDEPARTMENTAL RELATIONS:

- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other dealership personnel

- Maintain cooperative relationships with fellow Technicians, SA's and Parts personnel

Expense Control

- Maintain dealership equipment to ensure good working order.

Housekeeping/Safety

- Follow safety rules and regulations

- Keep work area neat, clean and organized at all times.

- Keep work clothes clean

- Maintain warranty workstation clean and tidy

Professional Development

- Keep up to date on latest technical service bulletin, campaigns, etc.

- Attend FGP training

- Attend additional technical training as necessary

Department Procedures

- Follow company policies and producers.

daily time work records using biometrics

- Complete all necessary information before requesting reports before requesting parts (i.e model year, color etc.)

- Complete all finished Repair Orders and in return them to the Service Department.

- Complete all finished Repair Orders and return them to the Service department

- Accurately and neatly indicate work completed and time spent on the Repair Order

Others:

- Person must be willing to be assigned in Ford Cainta located at Ortigas Avenue Extension, Cainta Rizal

- Work schedule is 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday
