At NextPay, we believe better financial tools help businesses grow. We're a fast-moving fintech startup shaping the future of business banking in the Philippines, and we're looking for a Delight Specialist to join our team.

This isn't your typical sales or support role. You'll be a trusted partner to our key customers, guiding them on the platform, spotting growth opportunities, and sharing insights that shape how we build and grow.

This is a full-time, remote role (yes, work from home) for candidates based in the Philippines, so a stable internet connection and a decent work setup are key. However, for this role, occasional in-person gatherings or meetings are expected.

What you'll be doing

As a Delight Specialist at NextPay, you'll be a key member of our close-knit but mighty Customer Success Team, supporting some of our most important clients. You'll be managing relationships, solving real problems, and helping our customers get the most out of NextPay.

You'll serve as the bridge between our customers and our product—making sure customer feedback turns into action, and relationships turn into long-term growth. If you're someone who takes initiative, loves connecting with people, and enjoys helping businesses grow, you'll fit right into the role.

  • Be the friendly, trusted advisor for your assigned accounts—supporting users from frontliners to founders through product walkthroughs, best practices, and value-adding conversations that highlight how NextPay can help
  • Spot and pursue opportunities: from upsells and cross-sells to partnerships, with a customer-first mindset (and a bit of sales magic)
  • Monitor account health: identify signs of drop-off or friction, and take proactive steps to boost engagement and retention
  • Handle high-pressure situations with calmness, empathy, and professionalism
  • Stay organized: manage calendars, follow-ups, and documentation across multiple accounts
  • Gather and share feedback: distill insights from customer conversations, check-ins, and data to help improve their NextPay experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine processes and continuously improve customer success
  • Stay curious Track market trends, startup news, and user behavior to spark ideas for growth
