Job Overview:

ARKTECH PHILIPPINES INC. is currently looking for dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Powder Coating Operator. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality surface finishing of our sheet metal products through powder coating techniques. No prior experience is required—training will be provided


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coating Process: Operate powder coating equipment to evenly apply coating on metal parts.
  • Preparation: Clean and prepare surfaces before coating to ensure adhesion and quality.
  • Inspection: Check coated parts for defects, thickness, and color uniformity.
  • Touch-up & Finishing: Perform minor repairs or second coats as needed.
  • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of coating booth and tools.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow safety standards for handling materials and operating machinery.

Qualifications:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in powder coating or painting is a plus, but not required.

  • Skills:

  • Attention to detail

  • Physical stamina and ability to work in a production environment
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety guidelines
  • Language: Fluency in English required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
