HR Generalist

We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team at a leading trucking and logistics company. This individual will manage all aspects of HR, with a particular emphasis on recruitment and employee relations. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of HR functions to support a positive and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, collaborating with hiring managers to attract top talent and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts and promoting open communication between staff and management.
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, administer benefits programs, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Support performance management, including appraisals, goal setting, and employee development initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, recruitment effectiveness, satisfaction) and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in the HR field, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
• Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations practices, and HR best practices, particularly within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes and handle complex employee relations issues.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
