Responsibilities:

  • Create and update the wine list in coordination with chefs and the F&B Manager
  • Recommend food and wine pairings
  • Advise guests on wines based on their personal tastes and food choices
  • Inform guests about different varieties of wines and their prices
  • Ensure wines are served at the right temperature and in proper glassware
  • Manage the wine cellar and ensure it is fully stocked

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) or a related field
  • Proven years of experience as a Sommelier in Fine dine restaurant.
  • Ability to create tasteful food and wine pairings
  • Must have extensive knowledge of different wines and their regions of origin
  • Must have a good communication skills and pleasing personality
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Willingness to be assigned to specific store or branch locations as needed.
  • Must be available to start immediately.
