Job Title: MHE Operator (Material Handling Equipment Operator)

Deployment Area: Talisay, Cebu

Job Summary:

The MHE Operator is responsible for operating various material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other warehouse machinery to move, load, unload, and store goods safely and efficiently. The role ensures accurate handling of products while following company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other MHE safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials within the warehouse or production area.
• Perform accurate picking, packing, staging, and dispatching of goods.
• Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Conduct pre-operation and post-operation equipment inspections.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or damages immediately.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas and assigned equipment.
• Support warehouse staff in general logistics and warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate
• 1 year experience as an MHE/Forklift/Reach Truck Operator in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Valid NC II Certification
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and safety standards.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move heavy materials when necessary.
• Good attention to detail, time management, and teamwork skills.

Work Conditions:

• Warehouse or logistics environment.
• Shifting schedules and overtime may be required
• Requires wearing of personal protective equipment (PPE)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From Php540.00 per day

Education:

• Senior High School (Required)

Experience:

• MHE Operator: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• NCII in equipment handling (Required)

Work Location: In person
