Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts and access rights in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ensure that users have appropriate access based on their roles, as requested by the site contact for each customer.
- Maintain and manage directory services to ensure accurate and secure user information.
- Configure computers according to customer requirements.
- Process access requests from users, ensuring they are properly authorized and documented.
- Conduct regular access audits to confirm that users have the correct level of access and address any discrepancies as needed.
- Maintain customer forms and checklists in accordance with Identity and Access Management processes.
- Provide technical support to users encountering access issues and resolve any problems related to I&AM.
- Stay up to date with current technologies through ongoing study and certifications.
- Accurately record time spent on all work performed in Autotask.
Requirements
- An associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Certifications in Microsoft Office 365, such as MS-900 and MS-102.
- Ability to provide technical support and effectively resolve user queries.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player, especially in dynamic situations.
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Full-time positions available.
- No work schedule preference
- Must be willing to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City, or Cubao, Quezon City.
