Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Architect who will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and execution of our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overall project coordination and management, ensuring smooth workflow from design to turnover
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers in preparing plans, technical drawings, and design documentation
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners for material sourcing, scheduling, and project updates
- Conduct site visits to monitor ongoing works, verify progress, and ensure alignment with approved plans
- Review shop drawings, materials, and sample submissions for compliance with design requirements
- Prepare reports, progress updates, and documentation for internal use and client presentations
- Support quality control and ensure design integrity is maintained throughout project execution
- Assist in resolving on-site issues by providing timely architectural input
- Maintain organized files of plans, specifications, sketches, and relevant project documents
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architecture-related field
- Preferably with 1–2 years experience in interior design, fit-out, or construction (fresh graduates are welcome if highly trainable)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other architectural software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Willing to visit project sites as needed
- Team player with strong attention to detail and work ethic

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
