  • Primary Role: Manage an assigned team of individual contributors

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds customer service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Oversee the completion of team projects
  • Ensure adherence to operating standards
  • Enforce company policies

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have an active local RN license
  • At least 6 months of recent & pertinent supervisory experience
  • Clinical Subject Matter Expertise with the use of technical and professional knowledge and skills to accomplish results related to the process handled

  • Must have at least 1 year experience either of the following functions:

  • Inpatient Coding with active CPC/CCS/CIC Coding Certification
