Job Title: Senior C++ Developer / Production Support Engineer

Job Type: Hybrid (Twice a Week In-office)

Location: Taguig ,1634, PH

Position Type: 6 months contract

No. of hours per week: 45

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain efficient, scalable C++ applications.

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Provide production support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution.

Monitor system performance and ensure application reliability in live environments.

Implement fixes and enhancements with minimal disruption to production systems.

Maintain documentation for production issues and resolutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement of Agile and support practices.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Hands-on involvement in production support and incident management.

Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).

Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Cross-platform development experience (Windows/Linux).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Familiarity with STL, Boost, and other C++ libraries.

Understanding of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.

Knowledge of ITIL or similar support frameworks.

Number of years experiences needed: 5+
