Instrumentation Technician

1. Install, configure, and calibrate various types of instruments, including sensors, transmitters, controllers, and analytical devices.

2. Ensure proper wiring and connections to control systems.

3. Perform regular maintenance on instrumentation equipment to ensure optimal performance.

4. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems.

5. Repair or replace faulty components and parts.

6. Conduct tests and inspections to verify the accuracy and reliability of instruments,

ensure compliance with industry standards.

1. Maintain accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and repair activities.

2. Create and update documentation for instrument specifications and procedures.

3. Work closely with maintenance supervisor, electrician, welder, and other technicians to integrate instrumentation with control systems.

4. Identify and address potential safety hazards associated with instrumentation.

5. Offer technical support and assistance to other team members as needed.

6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in instrumentation practices.

7. Respond promptly to emergency situations that involve instrumentation or control system failures.

8. Comply with all costumer's plant rules and regulations, cGMP, food safety, installation & maintenance procedure, security and EHS regulations.
