We partner with leading Martech and Adtech platforms to deliver measurable improvements in campaign performance and revenue outcomes.

The Role

We are hiring a Solutions Consultant / Project Manager to lead implementation and onboarding of marketing platforms and integrated campaign solutions for client teams. This is a client-facing delivery role, ensuring smooth project execution and successful adoption of tools.

This role suits someone with experience delivering Martech, Adtech, CRM or Marketing Automation solutions — either from a consultancy, agency, SaaS vendor, or system integrator background.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, deployment, and configuration of Martech / Adtech platforms.
  • Translate client requirements into solution designs, integration workflows, and implementation plans.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Conduct client training, enablement workshops, and documentation handover.
  • Execute performance reporting and continuous optimisation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and partners teams to ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to execution.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term adoption success.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years experience in Martech, Adtech, CRM, or Digital Marketing Technology project delivery.
  • Previous role may have been: Martech Specialist, CRM Manager, Campaign Operations, Solutions Consultant, Adtech Account Manager, or Technical Project Manager.

  • Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following:

  • Marketing Automation (Dotdigital, HubSpot, Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)

  • Adtech / Paid Media Platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, DSPs, campaign intelligence tools)
  • CRM + workflow or integration tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Ability to translate marketing goals into structured technical execution.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel.

Preferred (but not required)

  • Certification in any marketing automation or CRM system.
  • Familiarity with analytics dashboards, tagging, attribution, or campaign performance frameworks.
