Golf Lounge Staff

The Golf Lounge Staff provides excellent customer service, assists guests with golf simulator operations, serves food and beverages, and maintains a clean and organized lounge environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Assistance & Customer Service
- Welcome guests and assist them with check-in and reservations
- Guide customers on how to use the golf simulators and lounge facilities
- Provide basic troubleshooting for simulator or equipment issues
- Assist guests with selecting golf clubs and other equipment
- Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude at all times
- Set up and prepare golf bays before each session
- Monitor guest playtime and transition bays efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all lounge areas
- Follow safety and operational procedures
- Take and serve food and drink orders
- Assist in preparing beverages or snacks
- Maintain cleanliness of café/bar area
- Promote lounge membership, packages, and ongoing promo offers
- Assist in upselling additional services or products
- Process customer payments accurately through POS
- Inspect golf simulators, projectors, and equipment regularly
- Report any technical or maintenance concerns
- Ensure all golf clubs and accessories are properly organized
Qualifications
- High school graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage
- Experience in customer service, hospitality, or sports facilities is a plus
- Interest in golf, sports, or recreation is an advantage (training provided)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Adaptable, responsible, and service-oriented
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
