HVAC Draftsperson

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and detailed 3D mechanical services models using
  Autodesk Revit
  .
• Prepare
  coordinated shop drawings
  for HVAC installations, including ductwork, pipework, and equipment layouts.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure
  design intent
  is preserved and documentation is constructible.
• Incorporate and manage
  fabrication-level detailing
  in Revit for prefabrication and site installation.
• Ensure all models and drawings comply with
  project specifications
  and
  industry standards
  .
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants via platforms such as
  Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM Collaborate
  (preferred).
• Maintain
  drawing registers
  , manage
  revision control
  , and ensure documentation accuracy.

Requirements:

• 2–5+ years
  of experience as a Mechanical Draftsperson in the
  HVAC or building services industry
  .
• Strong proficiency in
  Autodesk Revit
  for mechanical modeling and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing
  shop drawings
  for mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with
  fabrication parts and content
  within Revit.
• Experience using
  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) BIM Collaborate
  is highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of
  Australian construction and mechanical services standards
  .
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both
  independently and within a team
  .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php55,000.00 per month
