Internship Overview

Kickstart your career in Accounting Information Systems and consulting with AWB As an Accounting Information System Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting accounting system implementation and process improvement for businesses. You'll assist in analyzing client requirements, configuring system modules, and ensuring that financial data flows seamlessly to support business operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist Consultants: Support the team in implementing and maintaining accounting information systems.
  • Document Processes: Help document accounting workflows, system configurations, and guidelines for end-users.
  • Validate Requirements: Participate in gathering and validating business and accounting requirements, including process mapping.
  • System Support & Testing: Assist in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and reliable outputs.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants and client stakeholders to align business requirements with system functions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with accounting system features, tools, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in BS Accounting, Accounting Information System, or related course.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes (e.g., journal entries, ledgers, payroll, reporting).
  • Interest in technology and accounting system tools (familiarity with ERP/accounting software is a plus).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
  • Self-starter and team player.
  • Willing to work in a onsite setup (Makati City office).
  • Can start ASAP.
