Alongside our painting and drawing classes, we offer movement-based programs like yoga to help our students (both kids and adults) find balance, focus, and inspiration.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and certified Yoga Instructor to lead weekly classes in our bright and inspiring studio space. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students of all levels can connect with their practice.

Responsibilities:

• Lead safe, engaging, and well-structured yoga classes (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, or Family/Kids Yoga) for our community.
• Create a warm, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere for students of varying skill levels.
• Develop and sequence classes that are appropriate for the students and the overall theme of our creative space.
• Arrive on time to set up the space and ensure it is clean and tidy after class.
• Provide clear instruction and offer gentle adjustments (with consent) to help students improve their practice.
• Communicate effectively with our studio manager and administrative team.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Requirements):

• (Bonus) certification from a recognized Yoga Alliance (RYT 200 or above) or equivalent program.
• Proven experience teaching group yoga classes.
• A passionate, positive, and nurturing personality.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• A strong personal yoga practice.
• (Bonus) Experience teaching in unique or non-studio settings.
• (Bonus) Experience with kids/family yoga, if interested in teaching those demographics.
