Job Title : DELIVERY RIDER

I- QUALIFICATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record.

• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.

• Strong time management and customer service skills.

• Ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry LPG Cylinders

• Attention to detail.

• Good marketing and selling skills

II – SCOPE OF POSITION

Delivery Rider is responsible for timely and safe delivery of LPG cylinders, sets, spare and refills to household and commercial accounts and performs marketing and selling activities to established and gain clients.

III- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Loading, transporting, and delivering of LPG Cylinders, accessories, refills and other deliverables to clients or business entity in a safe, timely manner.

Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

Complete delivery reports and documentation as required, such as the Safety Inspection Checklist, Receipts, and Customer Authorization Form. Obtaining Customer Signatures when needed.

Accepting payments for delivered items and remits the full amount to the Store officer.

Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.

Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading goods

10.   Communicating with Store Officers and other team members to make deliveries

11.   Ensures all requirement of delivery vehicle is updated such as OR/CR , Conveyance permit and other permits as required by government entities

12.   Ensures all delivery assigned for the day will be delivered and on time.

13.   Monitoring , recording and requesting and ensures motorcycle/delivery vehicle maintenance

14.   Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed

15.   Assisting with loading and unloading items to and from delivery vehicles

16.   Inform customers about new products and services, able to obtain customer leads to Store Officers.

17.   Comply with Store Officer in promotional activities as assigned, as well as other related activities that may aid in the improvement of store operations.

18.   Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
