Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff is responsible for managing and monitoring accounts receivable, ensuring accurate recording of client payments, and coordinating with technicians and relevant departments to maintain smooth financial operations. The role includes monitoring sales, preparing reports, and encoding financial data into the company's system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage receivables from repair and cleaning services.
  • Follow up with technicians and clients regarding pending payments.
  • Ensure timely collection of client payments and resolve discrepancies.
  • Track and manage batch payments from the laundry system.
  • Coordinate with relevant teams to reconcile sales and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all receivables.
  • Prepare regular reports on payment status and accounts receivable.
  • Highlight overdue accounts and follow up accordingly.
  • Accurately encode client payment details into the accounting system.
  • Ensure that all financial records are updated and error-free.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably in accounts receivable.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Accuracy and reliability in financial data handling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
