About the role

Are you passionate about all things beauty? As a Beauty Advisor at TEVIANT', you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product expertise to help our customers achieve their beauty goals. This full-time role is based in our San Juan City Metro Manila store, where you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team.

What you'll be doing

  • Engaging with customers to understand their unique beauty needs and preferences
  • Offering personalised product recommendations and beauty advice
  • Demonstrating product features and application techniques
  • Ensuring the store's beauty displays are visually appealing and well-stocked
  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting with inventory management and store operations as needed

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty or retail industry
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for the latest beauty trends and innovations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers
  • A creative flair and an eye for visual merchandising
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
