About the Role:The Travel Associate (Client Specialist) is responsible for assisting clients with travel inquiries, coordinating bookings, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel experiences. This role requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do:

• Assist clients with travel planning, inquiries, and package coordination

• Provide accurate travel information, recommendations, and quotations

• Prepare and manage travel documents, ensuring completeness and compliance
• Maintain client relationships by offering timely updates and follow-through
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service
• Manage customer concerns and ensure high-quality service delivery

What We're Looking For:

• Strong work ethic and character
• Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Communications, or any related field
• Experience in customer service (No experience & fresh graduates are welcome as long as you're willing to learn)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of travel processes, itineraries, and basic booking procedures
• Basic editing skills in Canva
• Knowledge of Excel sheets and Google documents
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Most especially, someone who loves traveling
