QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 Year graduate of any engineering course
  • With experience in Facilities Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance
  • Can Supervise Maintenance Crew (Welder, Electricians, Electromechanical, Minor Civil Works)
  • With SO2 experience and BOSH Certificate
  • Can interpret/read schematic diagrams
  • Willing to be assigned in Marilao, Bulacan

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the day to day operations of the maintenance department.
  • Evaluates systems and facilities to determine maintenance or repairs need to be performed.
  • Assess building system to plan work assignments and project schedules.
  • Develops maintenance procedure and schedules
  • Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly in a timely manner
