Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably handling international accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree required. Applicants who do not meet the educational qualification will not be prioritized.
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to assist employees primarily through phone calls.
  • Able to work in a hybrid setup based in Parañaque and available to start immediately
  • Role focuses on addressing employee concerns related to HR matters. HR experience or knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Must be open to work on any shift (Day, Mid, or Night).

Job responsibilities:

  1. Handles incoming questions and requests through phone, chat, email, and online case portals.
  2. Provides HR support for employees in the EMEA region and the Philippines, covering areas like hiring, employee concerns, compensation and benefits, performance management, career growth, and general HR guidelines.
  3. Updates and maintains employee information in HR systems (such as reporting structures and personal details).
  4. Guides managers in processing employee movements like promotions, demotions, and transfers, and ensures HR data is accurate when creating or approving job requisitions.
