Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts effective instruction and assessment during clinical practice trainings of undergraduate nurses and nurse professionals in the classroom, virtual skills laboratory, hospital, and community facilities.
• Facilitates education and evaluation to nursing students and nursing instructors within a specialized area of nursing.
• Guide and instruct students in the clinical, community and skills laboratory setting.
• Accommodate all students concern related to enrollment and online registration process.
• Develop and update HCT nursing course curricula.
• Conducts annual inventory of equipment, consumables, and tools in the skills laboratory.
• Represent HCT in presentation of training proposal to partner universities, hospitals, and other corporates agencies.
• Prepares annual budget for the Virtual Skills Laboratory.
• Supervise HCT nurse instructors in evaluating and submitting student's grades and other requirements for graduation and certificate completion.
• Prepares document for CHED, TESDA, DOLE and PRC accreditation, registration, and renewal.
• Communicates directly to potential clients and customers over the phone.
• Directly reports to the Education Director and Program Chair.
• Teach nursing courses through online or face to face approach.
