We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and manage the administrative aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced laboratory and technical service environment.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing critical support to the Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient client management.

  • Prepare, review, and track quotations, proposals, and contracts for laboratory services (e.g., testing, analysis, calibration).
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client information, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with the technical and laboratory teams to ensure service delivery timelines align with client expectations.
  • Process and manage all sales-related documentation and filing systems.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc sales reports on performance, pipeline status, and client feedback for management review.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, sales presentations, and travel logistics for the sales team.
  • Serve as the primary internal liaison between the client-facing sales team and the internal laboratory operations team.
  • Handle client inquiries related to quotes, order status, and documentation, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology), or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration, preferably in a technical, laboratory, or industrial setting.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
